This site is pretty easy to get into and navigate. However, I feel like it doesn't show info as clearly as it could, especially when it comes to menu options, available details, and the usability of charts.

I placed an order for 2 ETFs a couple of days back, and it’s still not processed. This is really frustrating since the ETF prices could shift by the time my order finally goes through. Plus, it’s a hassle when I need to sell something in a hurry. These kinds of delays just aren’t acceptable. I noticed a bunch of negative reviews on the Apple Store, but I thought maybe those were just a few unlucky folks. Turns out, I was mistaken. Does anyone have suggestions for a solid ETF alternative?

Updated Reply: I’m not too keen on this two-day wait. What if I need to sell? A lot can happen in just two days. Especially if an opportunity pops up to buy low, and then I miss out on making some cash because of this delay.

New Updated reply: Dropped my rating to 3 stars since the support team gets back to me in a somewhat reasonable time. I’ll give the app a bit more time before I think about bumping it up to 4 or 5 stars.
